Aspen Integrity will provide at minimum a two-person crew to perform AGM GPS Survey to your required specifications. We use industry-leading Trimble survey equipment capable of providing survey-grade accuracy to all surveyed points including Valve Locations, Above Ground Marker (AGM) locations, and other points to meet client specifications. All locations are marked for future references. A comprehensive reporting package includes location coordinates, Google Earth mapping, site access directions, site photographs, and other important data to access all locations.
The AGM/Valve survey data undergoes an extensive QA/QC process and the resulting dataset forms the basis of the pig tracking task. Pig trackers are given all site data, navigable files to find the AGM & Valve locations, site photographs, and written directions to ensure they are able to deploy AGM boxes supplied by the tool vendor at the required locations. Aspen uses modern pig tracking equipment utilizing ELF/Mag tracking receivers and geophones to confidently track the pigs.
We provide environmental remediation services, helping businesses and organizations to clean up contaminated sites and restore the environment to its natural state. Following any of the tool runs including cleaning tools, caliper, deformation, inline inspection, experienced Aspen Integrity Technicians can provide testing equipment to monitor NORM (Naturally Occurring Radioactive Material) that may be present from the inspection and sizing tools. Additionally, the crew can establish a self-contained portable cleaning bay where all tools can be sprayed down and cleaned of all pipeline residue prior to taking the pigs off-site. All residue waste can be put into barrels and removed by Aspen Integrity or can be left to the pipeline operator to remove and dispose of the waste.
Following the completion of the inline inspection runs and after the ILI provide has delivered the final anomaly report(s), Aspen Integrity can provide an anomaly survey crew to locate and mark the proposed anomaly excavation locations. During the excavation, the Aspen crew can record photos, location measurements, and, if necessary, additional GPS coordinate information for the dig locations.
Aspen Integrity is committed to continuous improvement of service offerings and is open to modifying its service to meet specific client needs or requirements.
